A week of engagement, innovation, and celebration
LSST-DA Engagement Week is from October 20-25, 2024, in Evanston, IL, where all of our LINCC flagship programs will come together for the first time. This exciting week will unite participants from the Catalyst Fellowship, the Data Science Fellowship Program (DSFP), and LINCC Frameworks. Representatives from member institutions around the world, including Expansion Partners, will also convene for our annual face-to-face members meeting.
Highlights include the Catalyst Symposium, a special LINCC Celebration Reception and Dinner, and collaborative sessions designed to foster new ideas and initiatives for the Legacy Survey of Space and Time (LSST) and Rubin Observatory.

Sunday Oct 20th: Reception for Catalyst Fellows (open to Catalyst Fellows only; TBD, Evanston, IL)

Wednesday Oct 23rd: Catalyst + Data Science Fellowship Program Joint Hack Day; LSST-DA Executive Board Meeting (CIERA, Northwestern University); LINCC Celebration Reception and Dinner (The Graduate Hotel)
Thursday Oct 24th: LSST-DA Institutional Members Meeting (Norris Events Center, Northwestern University)
Friday Oct 25th: “Collabathon” for early science, first light planning, and other topics for LSST-DA Board & Alliance Members. Please use the Collabathon Padlet to post and vote your ideas (private link sent via email and will also be shared on our #lsstda-engagement-week-oct2024 Slack channel).
