LSST Discovery Alliance’s (LSST-DA) mission is to maximize Rubin science through innovative programs that remove barriers between LSST data and discoveries. The goals of this survey are to (i) refine LSST-DA’s understanding of your needs for conducting LSST science, and (ii) document the level of science community demand for these needs. These questions were informed by experience from ongoing programs (e.g. LINCC Frameworks, Catalyst Fellowship and Data Science Fellowship programs, Science Catalyst small grants program) and recent conferences (e.g. Rare Gems in Big Data) in mind. This survey has 13 questions and will take only 10 minutes to fill out.
