I am primary using gravitational lensing as a tool to measure the expansion history of the universe. I am actively developing open-source scientific software for detailed and robust information from strong lensing about the nature of dark matter and dark energy.
I serve as one of the current SLSC co-chairs, am involved in the Rubin Commissioning effort, am a member of the DESC Collaboration Council, and in the past served as the DESC strong lensing topical team co-convener. I am excited to discover many strongly lensed transients and to explore new ways how we can use Rubin data to learn about the fundamental nature of our Universe
