The Catalyst Postdoc Alliance brings together postdoctoral researchers from LSST Discovery Alliance member institutions who are actively preparing the scientific community for the Rubin Observatory’s Legacy Survey of Space and Time (LSST). Building on the goals of the broader Catalyst Fellowship—supporting early-career researchers to lead collaborations, develop skills, and contribute to LSST science —this network extends those efforts across a wider group of postdocs.
