Requested acknowledgement statement for publications by Catalyst Fellows and other Catalyst awardees
Catalyst Fellows
In all publications, we ask that Fellows acknowledge funding from LSST-DA in two ways:
1) If allowable by the journal, please list “LSST-DA Catalyst Fellow” as a secondary affiliation, as has become common practice for prize postdoctoral fellows in astrophysics; and
2) In Acknowledgements section: “[Fellow’s initials] is supported by an LSST-DA Catalyst Fellowship; this publication was thus made possible through the support of Grant 62192 from the John Templeton Foundation to LSST-DA.”
Funded Catalyst Mentors and Senior Social Scientists funded through the Catalyst Fellowship
In publications related to the funded project, please use the statement below in the Acknowledgements section:
“[Author’s initials] is supported through the LSST-DA Catalyst Fellowship project; this publication was thus made possible through the support of Grant 62192 from the John Templeton Foundation to LSST-DA.”
